The project is located in the Sihuiqiao area of ChaoyangDistrict, Beijing, and is located along the Beijing CBDDingfuzhuang Media Corridor. It was founded in July 2010, with atotal construction area of 24600 square meters. It is a new stylecourtyard style cultural park that focuses on the concept of"design". Adhering to the concept of Shang8 team emphasizing bothecology and humanity, advocating ecological construction, drivingnew urban renewal, and breaking the monotonous, indifferent, andsuffocating urban context of "skyscrapers, honeycomb antdwellings", creating an urban oasis of creative freedom andinspiration required by the cultural and creative class. This isthe core area of Beijing's CBD, hidden between high-end businessbuildings, and it is tempting to appreciate the charm of "hidden inthe city.".
尚8設(shè)計(jì)家廣告園是尚8創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園系列項(xiàng)目之一竿屹，原名尚8設(shè)計(jì)+廣告園，寓意為設(shè)計(jì)者捂臣、設(shè)計(jì)公司打造專(zhuān)屬集聚地润申、集群化產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈；創(chuàng)建“家”文化醇舶，用設(shè)計(jì)詮釋大院庭院式“低密低碳”姻蚓、“鬧中取靜”的精神意涵；用設(shè)計(jì)激發(fā)再加一點(diǎn)兒創(chuàng)想靈感匣沼，讓城市生活在積淀的歷史之輪之上更加創(chuàng)新年輕狰挡，*終形成一個(gè)創(chuàng)意族群私享的城市綠洲文化社區(qū)。該項(xiàng)目位于北京市朝陽(yáng)區(qū)四惠橋區(qū)域释涛，落戶(hù)北京CBD-定福莊傳媒走廊沿線(xiàn)加叁，始建于2010年7月，總建筑面積2.46萬(wàn)平方米枢贿，主打“設(shè)計(jì)”主題概念的新派庭院式文化園區(qū)殉农。秉承尚8團(tuán)隊(duì)強(qiáng)調(diào)生態(tài)與人文并重的理念，主張生態(tài)化建設(shè)局荚，帶動(dòng)新的城市更新,打破了“摩天大廈超凳、蜂窩蟻居”過(guò)于單調(diào)、冷漠耀态、令人窒息的城市脈絡(luò)轮傍，構(gòu)建出了文化創(chuàng)意階層所需的創(chuàng)意自由與靈感氣息的城市綠洲。這里是北京CBD的核心區(qū)域首装，又隱藏于高端商務(wù)樓宇之間抱典，令人體味“大隱隱于市”的魅力。
