第31屆華交會將于2025年3月1日至4日在上海新國際博覽中心召開》現(xiàn)將各參展企業(yè)的展位數(shù)量穆烹、位置、布撤展呻此、等事項通知如下宿百，請各企業(yè)抓緊落實各項準備工作趁仙。
The 29th China International Fair will be held from March 1st to 4th, 2019 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. The number of booths, location, dismantling, and other matters of exhibitors are now notified as follows. All enterprises are required to implement various preparations.

三刁愿、布展工作
（一）標準展位
1.為提高華交會的整體布展水平和對外形象街赊，本屆華交會與上屆一樣，由大會統(tǒng)一設計各專業(yè)展區(qū)標準展位的布展方案宋旭，由浙江省交易團評選確定的浙江遠大國際會展有限公司（餐廚用品展區(qū)娘介、個護清潔用品展區(qū)、家具家電展區(qū)）每访、浙江時代國際展覽服務有限公司（文體及戶外用品展區(qū)盘肺、玩具及寵物用品展區(qū)、工藝禮品用品展區(qū)康蚯、母嬰及內(nèi)衣展區(qū)灾纱、服裝配件展區(qū)）浙江中浙國際展覽商務有限公司（時尚成衣展區(qū)）和浙江省國際廣告有限責任公司（居室用紡織品展區(qū)、餐廚衛(wèi)浴用紡織品展區(qū)侦纳、面料輔料展區(qū)）統(tǒng)一搭建时损。
自第25屆華交會起，大會實行布展搭建單位資格準入勤焕、信息備案制度脾膨，省團已向大會上報有關我省布展搭建公司信息，為確保搭建質(zhì)量疮丛，建議特裝企業(yè)優(yōu)先選擇以上4家企業(yè)（聯(lián)系方式詳詢周先生）作為特裝施工單位幔嫂。

2.展區(qū)配置

本屆華交會租用上海新國際博覽中心10+3/4個展館猾蔫，展覽面積12.36萬平方米吻蟹，比上屆增加約2700平方米，展位總數(shù)5707個瀑乡。
This year's China Fair will rent 10+3/4 exhibition halls of Shanghai New International Expo Center with an exhibition area of 123,600 square meters, an increase of 2,700 square meters from the previous session and a total of 5,707 booths.
華交會繼續(xù)推進專業(yè)化辦展道路果邢，在華交會品牌下設立5個專業(yè)展：服裝服飾展（時尚成衣展區(qū)、服裝面料及配件展區(qū)）橙挽、紡織面料展（家用紡織品展區(qū)辙恨、紡織原料輔料展區(qū)）、家庭用品展（餐廚衛(wèi)浴展區(qū)冶驴、日用消費品展區(qū)赡模、家電電子展區(qū)）、裝飾禮品展（文體及旅游休閑展區(qū)师抄、家居裝飾品及禮品展區(qū)）及現(xiàn)代生活主題展漓柑。其中，服裝服飾展展位1500個叨吮，占26.28%辆布；紡織面料展展位925個，占16.21%茶鉴；家庭用品展展位1916個谚殊，占33.57%；裝飾禮品展展位702個蛤铜，占12.30 %；現(xiàn)代生活方式主題展展位530個丛肢，占9.29%围肥；跨境電商展位84個，占1.47%；服務性展位50個穆刻，占0.88%置尔。14個交易團（9個主辦省市交易團、3個組團城市交易團籍勘、1個聯(lián)合交易團城搀、1個境外交易團），共組織4000家企業(yè)參展挤胃，其中诞茶，境外參展企業(yè)450家左右。
(二)特裝展位
1.特裝施工方案審查時間
請各特裝企業(yè)于2019年1月28日前（早報君博、早交哆幸、早施工）將特裝(標裝）布展施工方案、主管特裝施工的負責人慧贩、特裝施工單位負責人及聯(lián)系方式報省團并報湖州交易團備案凫体。施工方案需由浙江省交易團進行審查，未經(jīng)審定通過的方案不得施工抡悼。
2.特裝報圖要求
特裝施工企業(yè)應具備浙江省交易團規(guī)定的資質(zhì)卿俺，圖紙需包括展位的效果圖、平面圖篮烈、電路圖颜说、搭建所用材料、結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸及其它相關說明员舵，特別是展位號脑沿、參展企業(yè)名稱和施工單位聯(lián)系人及聯(lián)系方式必須要注明。
參展企業(yè)自己選擇特裝單位的马僻，必須把大會及交易團的相關安全要求庄拇、材料、流程韭邓、籌撤展時間等要求向特裝單位講清楚措近，由參展企業(yè)報圖，施工證原則上由參展企業(yè)辦理女淑，考慮到有些施工單位是外地的瞭郑，可以由參展企業(yè)出具委托書，施工單位憑委托書辦理鸭你。對違反規(guī)定的布展單位屈张，除大會的處罰外，省團將予以通報批評袱巨，取消該布展單位連續(xù)5屆為浙江省交易團所屬企業(yè)特裝的資格讽益。
