美國(guó)能源部（Department of Energy）簡(jiǎn)稱DOE .DOE依據(jù)美國(guó)能效相關(guān)法規(guī)頒布了DOE流程，這便是DOE流程的來源。
DOE頒布DOE流程其主要的目的是節(jié)能減排、幫助用戶節(jié)約電能，從而達(dá)到降低能耗需求、減少溫室效應(yīng)等相關(guān)作用?，F(xiàn)在
所有在DOE流程范疇內(nèi)的產(chǎn)品都需要滿足*新法令法規(guī)的要求。
DOE 流程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法規(guī)：
美國(guó)聯(lián)邦法規(guī):10CFR429和10CFR430；
其中10CFR429規(guī)定了樣品選用規(guī)范和報(bào)告規(guī)范；
10CFR430規(guī)定了測(cè)試方法和符合性宣告規(guī)范；
